BYSA Youth Tackle Football 2026 Fall League

Scholarship Criteria

(Scholarship code will be sent upon receipt of information below)

1. Basic Requirements

  • Applicant must be grades 4, 5 or 6

  • Must be registered or planning to register for the football Fall Mini-Camp & League Play

  • Must have parent/guardian permission

2. Financial Eligibility (choose at least one)

Applicant must provide proof of financial need through one of the following:

  • Enrollment in Free or Reduced-Price School Lunch Program

  • Participation in government assistance programs such as:

    • SNAP (food assistance)

    • Medicaid

    • TANF or similar programs

3. Required Documentation

Applicants must submit one of the following:

  • Screenshot or letter confirming free/reduced lunch status

  • Benefits approval letter (SNAP, Medicaid, etc.)

(All documents should hide sensitive info like SSN or case numbers.)
